We have a No return policy, which means you are not entitled to request for return & refunds after placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers can report the same within 7 days of Delivery.
Lost in Transit
If any parcel is Lost in Transit or marked as Delivered while the actual shipment is not received by buyer , the same should be reported to company in writing (via email / WhatsApp) within 72hrs of order status being wrongfully marked as delivered.
Refunds / Replacement
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return / replacement request for Damaged or Lost in Transit orders. We take around 15 days to see and resolve the Issue and ship a replacement to your Address. If the this thresold is already crossed and you haven't received any update then please contact us at sshop@aisensy.com.
