Shipping & Delivery Policy

We partner with reliable third-party courier service providers to ship all orders placed on our website. Once an order is dispatched, delivery timelines and attempts are governed by the courier partner’s standard operating procedures.

🚚 Delivery Attempts

  • Each order will be attempted for delivery up to three (3) times at the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are advised to ensure accurate address details, correct pin code, and an active phone number to avoid delivery failures.

πŸ” Return to Origin (RTO)

An order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if delivery fails after three attempts due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Wrong or unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

  • Refusal or non-acceptance of the order by the customer

Once an order is marked as RTO, it will be returned to our warehouse/origin address.

πŸ’° Shipping Charges Liability

  • In cases where an order is returned due to customer-related issues, the customer will be solely responsible for both forward and return shipping charges (To & Fro).

  • Shipping charges already paid (if any) are non-refundable in RTO cases caused by customer error or non-acceptance.

πŸ”„ Re-Shipment of RTO Orders

  • If a customer requests re-shipment of an undelivered/RTO order, the order will be re-dispatched only after payment of the forward shipping charges in advance.

  • The company reserves the right to withhold re-shipment until the applicable shipping charges are fully paid.

❌ Non-Eligibility for Refund

  • Orders returned as RTO due to customer-related reasons are not eligible for free re-delivery or refund.

  • Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting both forward and return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Being available to receive the order

  • Coordinating with the courier partner when contacted

Failure to comply with the above may result in additional shipping costs or cancellation of the order without refund.
